| Mrs. Katherine Guilmette Trade-mark Agent Katherine Guilmette has worked in the trade-mark field since 1990 and was registered as a trade-mark agent in 2005. Katherine is extremely knowledgeable in all facets of Canadian trade-mark practice. She is primarily involved in the preparation, filing and prosecution of Canadian trade-mark applications, opposition and cancellation proceedings, and licensing and enforcement of trade-mark rights. She also handles filings for the registration of trade-marks in countries other than Canada through our extensive network of foreign associates.
