| Martin Szczepaniak, B.Sc., LL.B. Lawyer, Patent Agent and Trade-mark Agent Partner Martin Szczepaniak graduated from The Royal Military College of Canada in Kingston, Ontario in 1972 with a B.Sc. in mathematics and physics. After serving for four years as an officer in the Canadian Forces Military Engineering Branch, he attended law school at Queen's University in Kingston, graduated with the degree LL.B. in 1979 and was called to the bar of Ontario in 1981. He is registered as a patent agent in Canada and the United States and a trade-mark agent in Canada. Martin is experienced in all areas of intellectual property, including litigation, licensing and prosecution, and has been involved in several leading court cases in an advisory capacity. He is a member of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada and the International Trademark Association. | |||||
